Located in one of the most beautiful parts of Novi Vinodolski, the modern Santa Lucia complex, consisting of five residential buildings, offers the perfect balance between natural beauty and the convenience of modern living. Building 3 consists of four floors, one of which is a basement with storage rooms, and three residential floors containing a total of six three-bedroom apartments.
